I’m a visual artist, based in the San Francisco Bay Area. I live with my husband, cat and nonagenarian mother.
Photography is observing, wondering, honoring and questioning… and being open to the unknown. It’s where time doesn’t exist; past, present and future are one. And it transcends mere words.
Image creation has become more spontaneous and personal – and mostly captured and processed via mobile phone within moments of everyday life.
Moshimoshifoto is where I post initial expressions of images.
Venues where I’ve exhibited include: modernBook (Palo Alto CA); Center for Photographic Art (Carmel CA); PhotoLucida (Portland OR), University of Santa Clara (Santa Clara CA); Foothill College (Los Altos CA); Minatomirai Gallery (Yokohama, Japan); AidemSirius Gallery (Tokyo, Japan); The Lightroom (Berkeley CA); Faultline (Hayward, CA), Adobe Art Gallery (Castro Valley CA), Sun Gallery (Hayward CA) and PhotoCentral (Hayward CA).
I was Gallery Director/Curator for the historic Adobe Art Gallery in Castro Valley (a program of the Hayward Area Recreation and Park District) from 2010 through 2016. I was also Project Manager/Data Analyst for a consulting firm for the past 20+ years.

I’m also part of f8dontwait, a visual art based conversation among nine friends.
